A Bynder Case Study
Australia for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency’s Australian partner founded in 2000, raises funds and awareness to support displaced families worldwide. Producing large volumes of photos and campaign materials amid tight budgets and rapidly changing crises, the organization struggled with an unorganized local drive and needed an intuitive, user-friendly DAM that allowed staff and global stakeholders to find, use and archive assets quickly without extensive training.
They implemented Bynder as a cloud-based single source of truth (in use since 2017), centralizing 25,000+ assets (467GB) with tailored taxonomy, powerful search and Collections for pre-approved campaign images. The platform delivered faster asset discovery, improved consistency and collaboration with UNHCR HQ, increased staff self-sufficiency, and greater efficiency in producing fundraising and marketing materials.
