RAI Amsterdam is a major conference centre hosting 500+ international events and 1.5 million visitors annually. With 400 employees producing and using visual content, the organisation struggled with a chaotic on‑premise server—about 60,000 assets, many duplicates, no permissions control, and repeated photo shoots—making it hard to find, share and manage marketing materials across teams and external partners.

RAI implemented Bynder’s cloud-based Brand Portal to centralise and control assets, standardise naming and permissions, and migrate images and video into one searchable system.
