Riwal, a global provider of aerial work platforms, telehandlers and forklifts operating in 16 countries with some 19,000 units and 2,350 employees, needed to shift from a branding-focused site to customer-centric apps and an eCommerce-style experience. As they expanded, marketing struggled to deliver consistent, localized marketing content, product technical information and training materials across dispersed teams and digital touchpoints.

Riwal implemented Bynder as a central DAM and API-driven content source for images, manuals, videos and campaign assets, enabling automatic updates to the website and customer apps and easier sharing with partners. The platform delivered global access, faster customer support and consistent branding — with 12,340 assets stored, 202,237 downloads and broad company adoption — and Riwal now plans deeper integration to further unify the end-customer experience.
