A Bynder Case Study
Karlsberg, one of Germany’s largest family-run breweries founded in 1878, faced fragmented marketing operations with assets scattered across internal servers and external agencies. This led to lost access and rights, inefficient folder structures, slow approval workflows, high administrative costs, and limited visibility into which content was up to date or performing well.
Since implementing Bynder’s Digital Asset Management in 2021, Karlsberg centralized some 4,000 assets in a personalized DAM with metadata, permissions, and Digital Brand Templates, enabling internal content creation, faster approvals, and reliable analytics. The outcome: regained control over branded content, an 80% increase in content reuse, 40% fewer duplicates, roughly three hours saved per week searching for assets, lower costs and faster time-to-market with approval steps reduced from seven to three.
