CliniClowns, which performs for sick and disabled children in over 100 hospitals, struggled with a large volume of photos stored in multiple locations. Images were often unsorted and difficult to find, and attaching parents’ permission forms to the correct photos was unreliable, creating legal and operational inefficiencies.

Bynder provided a centralized Digital Asset Management portal with structured mapping, tagging, a Google‑style search, shareable collections and the ability to attach permission documents to each asset. As a result, the Communications team now maintains a clean, searchable image bank, can securely share collections with stakeholders, ensure legal compliance, and maintain consistent branding.
