Telent, a leading UK technology company supporting critical digital infrastructure, needed to improve engineer productivity, reduce mileage and travel costs, and overcome distribution and flexibility challenges in getting parts to remote locations on time. ByBox helped address these issues using its App Lockers and overnight final-mile delivery service.

ByBox worked with Telent and its materials supplier CHH to provide pre-8am parts delivery, smart locker pickup, and real-time notifications for engineers, with end-to-end visibility through the ByBox platform. The results included a 9% reduction in fuel emissions, a 9% cut in engineer mileage, a 6% increase in workforce utilisation, and delivery/returns performance above 98%.
