ByBox helped address challenges around tracking parts in the field, managing excess stock, and keeping critical components closer to customer locations.

ByBox implemented a secure locker network with end-to-end parts visibility, full stock reporting at Forward Stock Location sites, and a Pre-8am service for field engineers. As a result, HTEC improved inventory control, boosted parts tracking and visibility, and increased engineer productivity and SLA performance, with ByBox moving over 2,000 parts a month and consistently exceeding SLA targets.
