HighRadius, a Fintech SaaS provider that automates accounts receivable and treasury processes using AI, needed guaranteed high availability for its cloud storage to meet demanding customer SLAs. Other cloud storage options and an open-source NAS failed to provide automated cross–availability-zone failover, required manual redirects, or had support and replication shortcomings that left HighRadius unable to achieve five‑nines uptime.

HighRadius selected SoftNAS Cloud NAS with Snap HA, which uses SnapReplicate and a virtual IP to replicate data across availability zones and provide automatic failover and failback.
