Vela on the Park, a 209‑unit luxury mixed‑use community developed by Trinity Financial in downtown Stamford, needed an entry system that matched its high‑end finishes and modern lifestyle. Trinity selected ButterflyMX’s smart intercom to extend the luxury living experience to residents’ smartphones and avoid the limits of a traditional entry system.

ButterflyMX installed a smartphone‑based intercom that provides live video calling, remote door release, virtual keys and delivery PINs, and keeps time‑ and date‑stamped photos for 365 days. The system improved resident convenience and property security, earned praise from both residents and management, was restored from outages in under 10 minutes by ButterflyMX’s 24/7 support, and has since been added by Trinity to two other properties plus its corporate headquarters.
