Case Study: MakeTeamWork creates more engaging, agile workshops with Butter

A Butter Case Study

Preview of the MakeTeamWork Case Study

How MakeTeamWork embraces agile facilitation

MakeTeamWork, a company that helps leaders, teams, and students build high-performing teams through workshops on culture, innovation, agility, creativity, and remote work, needed a better way to run engaging online sessions. Their challenge was that participants often couldn’t access collaboration boards properly, couldn’t always see content or other attendees, and struggled to stay engaged during virtual workshops. They used Butter to support workshops such as UX East Meets West, ideation sessions, and online meetings.

With Butter, MakeTeamWork was able to facilitate more agile, interactive workshops using features like screen sharing, Miro, Google Drive integrations, polls, timers, agendas, and reactions. Butter helped Larissa Menocci and her team stay flexible, more relaxed, and better able to adapt sessions on the fly while keeping participants engaged; the case study also notes that attendees described one workshop as “the best online program they ever participated in.”
