Waste Pro gains efficiencies and expands capacity by partnering with Businessolver

Waste Pro, a rapidly growing disposal and recycling services provider with 75 locations and nearly 3,800 employees, was struggling with fragmented benefits administration: HR staff spent too much time hunting for documents, screenshots and communications, which limited their capacity for strategic work. To address this, Waste Pro selected Businessolver and its Benefitsolver benefits administration platform to improve transparency, security and team communication.

Businessolver implemented Benefitsolver features including Case Manager, Action Manager, Document Center and the Sofia AI assistant, streamlining case tracking, targeted employee communications and document storage. The results: roughly 85 active cases per month with 75% of dependent-verification cases requiring no manual intervention, Sofia handling 83% of member chats with a 75% first-time resolution rate, and nearly 28,700 member communications sent via Action Manager last year—freeing Waste Pro’s HR team to focus on strategic initiatives.
