Sitel Group® Builds a Bridge for Onboarding Associates

Sitel Group, a global customer experience leader with more than 100,000 associates (over 12,000 in the U.S.), faced high turnover, multiple eligibility classes and sustained high onboarding volumes that made delivering consistent benefits to non‑FTE and variable‑hour employees difficult. To simplify and standardize the associate experience, Sitel Group partnered with Businessolver and adopted the MyChoice® Market solution.

Businessolver implemented MyChoice Market as a 12‑month “bridge” for variable‑hour hires and used its eligibility engine so all associates access benefits through one enrollment URL, simplifying communications and mirroring the full‑time benefits experience. The change drove strong adoption — 82% of the variable‑hour group elected coverage (Jan 2020–Jan 2021) and 78% of terming employees did — cut benefits inquiries, and reduced administrative overhead so just two people can run Sitel’s benefits program.
