Prestige Beauty Retailer, a world-leading prestige beauty company with 2,500 stores in 32 countries and about 12,000 US benefits-eligible employees, needed to deliver tailored benefits and communications to three distinct employee groups—mobile retail associates, less tech‑comfortable distribution center staff, and corporate office employees. To meet this challenge, the retailer partnered with Businessolver and deployed the Benefitsolver platform, including the MyChoice Recommendation Engine and MyChoice Mobile App, to provide group-specific enrollment and communication experiences.

Businessolver configured Benefitsolver to offer multiple access points and customized interfaces—mobile app and QR-enabled communications for retail, high-touch in-person enrollment support for distribution centers, and system-generated online messaging and site displays for corporate staff. The solution allows the core system to show employee-specific options and resources and guides choices via the MyChoice Recommendation Engine, enabling Businessolver to successfully support all three employee groups and serve roughly 12,000 US benefits-eligible employees with tailored, scalable benefits delivery.
