Benefits Technology Innovator faced a sudden March 2020 pivot to a fully remote workforce and an urgent need to audit and change its benefit plans just weeks before open enrollment. To avoid service disruption and ensure employees didn’t miss critical elections, the customer worked with Businessolver and its Studio B engagement team, leveraging the Benefitsolver platform and supporting services to rework communications and enrollment delivery.

Businessolver implemented a virtual benefits fair, Layout Manager landing pages, Action Manager targeted reminders and virtual “learning lounges,” enabling quick content updates and segmented outreach. The approach drove measurable outcomes: 58% of employees visited the virtual fair, 100% of those moving from PPO to HDHP completed enrollment within the window, and overall enrollment reached 97% by the deadline (with 7% engaged via learning lounges).
