Education Co-Op Group, an educational benefits cooperative covering 18,000+ lives across 94 school districts and onboarding 70+ groups to date, faced a fully paper-based enrollment process and inconsistent, manual billing and payment workflows. Employees submitted paper election forms that HR staff at each district had to enter manually, creating significant time burdens, data inaccuracies, and payment leakage — problems they brought to Businessolver and its Benefitsolver platform.

Businessolver implemented an automated Billing System within the Benefitsolver platform that adjusts invoices with debits and credits based on election changes and reconciles to each vendor’s billing rules and retro windows.
