Brown University cuts classroom provisioning to 10 minutes with Burwood Group

Brown University, an Ivy League institution, faced scaling challenges with its JupyterHub classroom application, including long student login times and a slow, manual deployment process. Burwood Group re-configured the university's Kubernetes architecture on Google Cloud for high availability and implemented infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployments. This resulted in classroom provisioning time being reduced to just 10 minutes, support for 400 enrolled students (up from 50), and reduced cloud costs through automated scaling.
