Working with Bunting — a multi award-winning website personalization tool — (and agency Fresh Egg) they set out to deliver targeted, relevant content and recommendations to different audience segments to lift conversion rates and average order value.

Bunting implemented algorithmically-driven product recommendations, prominent international delivery messaging and shopping cart abandonment emails, using split testing to measure impact. The personalization programme increased sitewide revenue per visitor by 24%, with recommendations driving a ~17.9% rise in average revenue per visitor, international messaging increasing overseas purchases by 19%, and cart-abandonment emails boosting conversions from that segment by 48%.
