Saltrock is a popular British surf and travel clothing brand with a growing global e-commerce presence that needed a flexible, powerful targeting tool to launch personalized content quickly to defined visitor segments. After being dissatisfied with their first personalization platform, Saltrock moved to Bunting, a multi award-winning website personalization tool, to increase engagement, conversions and average order value through precise visitor targeting.

Bunting’s targeting tool was used to identify VIPs and offer free merchandise on returning orders over £45, display region-specific welcome messages for international visitors, and trigger exit-prevention discounts for first-time visitors. The results were strong: Bunting helped drive a +48% conversion uplift for international visitors, an +80% increase in order value for returning visitors, and an +18% conversion increase for first-time visitors.
