Calla Shoes, a specialist stylish footwear brand for women with bunions, needed a way to convert its highly engaged audience into quick online sales and lift conversion and order value. To do this they partnered with Bunting and used Bunting’s Shopcast live video commerce platform to run a timed live broadcast promotion.

Bunting’s Shopcast broadcast (32 minutes on 18 Oct) featured in‑house influencer Jenni Bailey, live product links, real‑time chat support, and a 15% time‑limited discount code (PARTY15) promoted via social and email. The result: “3½ days revenue in 1 hour,” conversion rose from 1.39% to 7.05 (+407.19%), average order value increased from £114.33 to £187.54 (+64.03%), and about 70% of orders were placed after the broadcast ended.
