Bras N Things, a leading Australian lingerie retailer with 170 stores and a large online presence, sought to step up its ecommerce customer experience by implementing an effective personalization strategy to target the right customers with the right products and maximise average order value. They chose Bunting, an award-winning website personalization tool, to deliver personalized product recommendations and improve upsell and cross-sell opportunities across their site.
Bunting implemented data-driven algorithmic recommendations on product pages, the home page and in Bras N Things’ weekly newsletter, and ran a split test against the retailer’s in-house solution. The Bunting-powered approach raised average order value by 9.6%, conversions by 6.1%, average visit duration by 3.5%, product views by 3.3% and site visits by 2.4%, delivering measurable improvements to the customer experience.
