Sika AG, a global enterprise with subsidiaries in 101 countries and over $7 billion in sales, needed a modern, flexible distributor and sales rep locator to replace an outdated system that was hard to update, poorly customized for U.S. rules, and frustrating for customers. To meet requirements for country-specific search behavior and third-party integration (e.g., Salesforce), Sika AG selected Bullseye Locations’ international distributor and sales rep locator, including the Bullseye Territory Module for territory-based rep searches.
Bullseye Locations deployed multi-account, multi-product locators embedded in 30 country-specific sites (localized by language and geographic descriptors), delivering faster data loads, easier updates, and improved accuracy. The rollout—covering 48 countries with 25k locations and generating about 47k searches per month—earned positive feedback across the U.S., Germany, Brazil and Canada, reduced training needs, and supported ongoing Salesforce integrations to streamline lead capture and data maintenance.
