Gaspari Nutrition chose Bullseye to organize a rapidly growing fitness roadshow with over 40 events a month

Gaspari Nutrition, a leading sports nutrition brand selling through brick-and-mortar and online retailers, faced a promotion and tracking challenge after growing a roadshow program to 40+ local events per month. To improve event promotion and ROI, Gaspari turned to Bullseye Locations, extending the vendor’s store finder software into a Local Event Management System (EMS) with Salesforce integration to better target nearby customers.

Bullseye Locations implemented near real-time syncing between event locations and Salesforce, then used distance-based matching against Gaspari Nutrition’s 100,000-member list to send targeted event emails. The campaign sent over 40,000 geographically targeted emails in month one, boosted event attendance to 20–100 people per appearance, and prompted attendees to travel up to an hour — delivering clear increases in relevance and turnout.
