Canada’s Largest Retailer Optimizes Store Locator Software Efficiency With Bullseye

Loblaw, Canada’s largest food and pharmacy retailer with roughly 2,000 stores and a 15 million–member loyalty base, needed an enterprise-grade store locator to support its new PC Optimum program, migrate banner sites, integrate with call centers/IVR and mobile apps, and fix inaccurate, hard-to-maintain location data. Their previous locator technology and admin interfaces were inefficient, caused infrequent updates and consumer-facing errors, so Loblaw selected Bullseye Locations’ store locator platform to meet these requirements.

Bullseye Locations implemented a centralized location data repository and integrated data-processing workflow, consolidated manual inputs into a single source with defined user roles, and provided tools, training and multiple interfaces for PC Optimum and mobile apps. The Bullseye Locations solution improved data accuracy and maintenance efficiency, reduced operating costs, scales to handle 40,000 location requests per day, and has delivered 100% reliability while enabling Loblaw to expand Bullseye integrations (IVR and specialty networks) across additional divisions.
