Spruce Environmental Technologies, parent company of RadonAway and AccuStar Labs, needed a locator-based lead management solution to fix a “void in providing good customer service” for homeowners and distributor sales reps. Distributor reps often lacked software experience and customer follow-up was inconsistent, so Spruce sought a partner to deliver easy-to-use search, referral and communication tools. They selected Bullseye Locations and its Lead Manager™ product to address these challenges.
Bullseye Locations implemented Lead Manager™ to assign homeowner inquiries to three reps within a 50-mile radius, integrate with Salesforce, and streamline email communications and customization. The result: faster response times, higher-quality leads and improved customer retention, with Spruce reporting about 200 leads per month and a network of 392 radon specialists. Bullseye Locations’ ease-of-use and support helped reps adopt the system quickly, increasing sales opportunities and reducing the workload on Spruce’s marketing team.
