Integrity Staffing, founded by Jonathan Crane in 2000 to serve industrial and manufacturing clients, grew steadily until antiquated systems—FileMaker, spreadsheets and QuickBooks—began to constrain the business. Manual data entry, tracking errors and lost candidates created a growth bottleneck, so the company needed a fast, easy-to-use ATS that would automate processes and improve organization.
