Using Bullhorn Automation and Bullhorn’s connected recruiting tools, the team linked social media, podcast promotions, Facebook lead forms, and job boards to centralize candidate data and improve the candidate experience.
Bullhorn helped NTIATIVE automate lead capture and email follow-up, sending Facebook form submissions directly into Bullhorn and routing job board applicants into ongoing nurture campaigns. The results included 500 leads from a $1,500 Facebook campaign, plus a growing database NTIATIVE can reuse for future openings; the team also began building behavior-based automations to engage website visitors, helping them source more efficiently and support rapid growth.
