Gemini People is a recruitment firm of about 60 staff specializing in Advertising, Creative, Digital, Fashion and Marketing, working with clients such as Havas Helia, GSK and Louis Vuitton. Rapid early growth exposed a lack of a universal CRM/ATS and made it hard to manage data-heavy, portfolio-rich CVs, causing delivery gaps and financial risk.

Gemini implemented Bullhorn’s cloud SaaS CRM, tailored and rolled out with data mapping, configuration and training to provide mobile, portfolio-friendly, scalable data management. Within 18 months performance tripled, turnover reached £7.9m (2014), headcount rose from 35 to 61, forecasting and reporting improved, staff attrition fell, and the business gained the visibility needed to support international expansion.
