MATTER breaks ground on UnCommons in April 2020 with Bulldog Drummond

The customer, MATTER, believed a mixed-use development project could address societal disconnection but knew it required an intentional design to create a thriving community. They engaged vendor Bulldog Drummond to develop a holistic experience strategy that would connect the employees, residents, and guests of their UnCommons development in new and inspiring ways.

Bulldog Drummond conducted workshops and ideation sessions with the MATTER team and subject-matter experts to define the UnCommons experience. The vendor developed an experience plan featuring a series of connected concepts across four key dimensions. This defined vision was instrumental in MATTER breaking ground on the UnCommons project in April 2020.
