eBay worked with Bulbshare to find a scalable way to drive word-of-mouth around key eBay initiatives, content, and campaigns. The challenge was to generate authentic advocacy and engagement across eBay’s marketplace verticals while supporting traffic, sales, and revenue growth.

Bulbshare built a community of 100 UK micro-influencers with experience in relevant eBay product verticals to co-create and share content with their followers. The campaign produced 446 pieces of social content, delivered 95% positive sentiment toward eBay marketplace verticals, and created an ongoing influencer co-creation model for eBay.
