Listerine, the Johnson & Johnson oral care brand, needed a faster way to understand customer needs in emerging APAC markets and assess the effectiveness of existing marketing creative and new product ideas. It worked with Bulbshare to support insight and ideation across Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia.

Bulbshare recruited 20–35-year-old consumers in key segments to co-create activation campaigns and validate marketing creative using a 1,000-strong target audience sample. The program delivered rapid, multi-market insight that helped drive product innovation, generated thousands of ideas for future launches and campaigns, and improved Listerine’s ability to validate creative and shape new product launches across APAC.
