Validating brand activation for one of the world’s most iconic charities

The Big Exchange, part of The Big Issue Group, wanted to validate the launch of a new online finance product by testing the sign-up journey and assessing the appeal of its digital banner ads. Bulbshare supported the brand with insight, ideation and user-testing using a UK youth community, helping them understand how real customers perceived the brand, messaging and user experience.

Bulbshare built a targeted millennial insight community to evaluate campaign creative against key KPIs such as appeal, relevance, uniqueness and clarity, while also recording user journeys through a dummy sign-up process in the Bulbshare app. The result was thousands of youth-focused insights, evidence-based recommendations, user-experience improvements and consumer personas based on attitudinal and behavioural data, helping The Big Exchange steer a successful launch.
