The Big Issue - Customer Case Study

The Big Issue, one of the UK’s leading social businesses, wanted to better understand how young people perceive the magazine and how their digital media habits could shape its digital content and social media strategy. Working with Bulbshare’s insight community platform, the brand also aimed to generate fresh content ideas around environmentalism, mental health, and social justice.

Bulbshare brought together a UK community of millennials involved in journalism and activism to inform The Big Issue’s digital and youth engagement strategy. The project delivered 90 community-developed ideas, created an editorial and positioning strategy, and established an activist network across the UK and Scotland.
