Nestlé Cereals, a global food and beverage brand, needed a faster, lower-cost way to generate authentic product reviews and customer-generated content at scale across multiple markets. They partnered with Bulbshare and used its Bazaarvoice integration to connect with their global insight community and streamline review creation for e-commerce.
Bulbshare implemented an always-on community approach across six international markets, enabling hundreds of reviews to be gathered in-app, moderated through Bazaarvoice, and syndicated to a network of 1 million shoppers. The result was twice the speed and 50% of the cost of previous solutions, with an 86% conversion rate, strong 4- and 5-star review performance, and 90% of the community making peer-to-peer recommendations.
