AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer, wanted to improve in-pub presence and demand by putting customers at the heart of its campaigns. To do this, it worked with Bulbshare using an insights, content, and ideation community to collaborate with brand ambassadors and gather customer input.
Bulbshare recruited over 250 AB InBev brand ambassadors into an in-app campaign that encouraged pub owners to install Budweiser on tap, while a separate insight community provided ideas and feedback. The program delivered ongoing insight to inform product development, pricing strategy, and marketing messaging, and helped shape future launch campaigns.
