Kimberly-Clark, the global FMCG company behind brands like Kleenex and Kotex, wanted deeper insight into the attitudes and behaviours of young Russian women toward feminine hygiene products. Working with Bulbshare, the team looked to test new products, creative concepts, and brand positioning more quickly and cost-effectively than with traditional research methods.
Bulbshare built a 600-strong community of Russian women to test physical samples and use in-app concept-test heatmapping, alongside remote virtual ideation workshops. This delivered hundreds of video testimonials, faster turnaround on design concepts, and broader insight into product attributes, user experience, and packaging, helping Kimberly-Clark inform product development more effectively.
