Samsung partnered with Bulbshare to co-create the future of mobile audio experiences and identify new features for upcoming products. The challenge was to gather actionable customer insight on what people want from mobile audio, using a real community of users across the UK and US.
Bulbshare recruited a 10,000+ member community in the UK and US, profiled by niche user segments, and used geo-location triggered tasks plus concept-testing briefs to gather feedback on new design features and app functionality. The project delivered over 2,000 pieces of feedback and more than 7,000 responses across an eight-week engagement, helping Samsung validate ideas and shape future product development.
