Purina, the global pet-care brand behind household names like Purina One, Felix and Friskies, needed a faster way to gather insights and support innovation across its pet food portfolio. To meet that challenge, Purina worked with Bulbshare to create a multi-channel, real-time research community of targeted pet owners for insight, ideation and user-testing.
Bulbshare built an online community of 1,500 pet owners in Italy and the UK, using live video interviews, virtual focus groups and written research briefs to deliver ongoing feedback. The solution enabled product and concept screening at scale, virtual workshops for quick turnaround insight, and faster, more agile decision-making for Purina.
