Simple, a British skincare and soap brand within Unilever, wanted to generate fresh insights and ideas from consumers in the UK and North America around its core purpose of spreading kindness. Simple worked with Bulbshare to tap into customer communities for insight and ideation.

Bulbshare built a 1,000-strong community of everyday consumers, creatives, and tastemakers across the UK and US and ran 21 briefs over six weeks focused on kindness and social purpose. The campaign generated more than 7,000 responses, with the resulting community insights and ideas helping inform Simple’s core brand purpose and activations.
