Nestlé Cereals partnered with Bulbshare to help make breakfast better for families around the world. The challenge was to create multiple insight communities across key global markets so the team could quickly gather targeted consumer insight on attitudes, behaviours, and empathy, supporting its insight and ideation work.

Bulbshare implemented an always-on global insight community for Nestlé Cereals, spanning seven international markets across Europe, APAC, and Latin America, with additional pop-up communities available as needed. This enabled co-creation of brand positioning, advertising creative, activation ideas, and product concepts, delivering tens of thousands of consumer engagements across 14 markets, millions of data points in 2020, and 7x more value than previous insight solutions.
