Asahi Group, a global beer, spirits, soft drinks and food business, wanted to bring customer voice closer to the heart of product development and marketing planning across key international markets. To do this, they worked with Bulbshare, using its online customer community platform for insight and ideation across the UK, Canada, US, Australia and France.

Bulbshare recruited five 1,000-strong communities and used them continuously for new product development insights, campaign feedback and activation ideas. Over a six-month project, the communities generated more than 4,000 responses, helping Asahi deliver insights 5x faster and at 5x lower cost than its existing solution.
