Biolite, a maker of affordable, off-grid energy products, needed to streamline recruiting and time-off tracking as it expanded hiring in the US and Kenya. Built for Teams implemented a cloud-based Applicant Tracking and PTO Tracking solution that unified hiring communications, automatically filtered applicants by position and location, stored documents on candidate profiles, and gave leadership visibility into international PTO. The configurable, pay-per-active-employee model avoided unnecessary cost, improved internal workflows, and is estimated to save Biolite up to 20 hours per month while supporting the company’s continued growth.
