Greystar developed the 190-unit Elan Mountain View luxury apartment complex in Mountain View, CA and faced inefficiencies in quality control and punch-list management. Team members were using handwritten notes and emails to track issues, which made follow-up slow and left general contractors and subcontractors with little accountability. To address this, Greystar implemented Buildup on the project.
