Skanska, a major construction company in Sweden, was looking to modernize its health and safety management as part of a broader digitalisation effort. Its existing in-house SharePoint-based tool had reached its limits, and the company needed a construction-specific mobile solution that would be easy for all users to adopt across projects.

BuildSafe provided Skanska with its mobile HSE reporting tool and implementation support, enabling rollout across all projects in Sweden. The solution helped make health and safety processes more inclusive, efficient, and transparent, and was already being used by around 800 Skanska employees and 600 subcontractors, with a target of 400–500 projects onboarded by the end of 2018.
