ALO Property Group Reveals How Rethink Supports Employee Engagement

ALO Property Group, a full-service commercial real estate and property management firm in Indianapolis, faced challenges with employee engagement, inefficient workflows, and low adoption of their previous CRM and spreadsheet-based processes. The firm needed a CRE-specific, cloud-based dealmaking platform to help brokers save time, collaborate better, and turn collected data into usable insights. They evaluated alternatives and selected Buildout CRM as their solution.

Buildout CRM delivered a cloud-based platform with a central data repository, action plans and reminders, and automated reporting (comps and inquiry lists), which streamlined filing and deal collaboration across the firm. According to ALO’s president, the platform cut time spent searching and filing from about six hours to roughly two hours a day—giving brokers more prospecting time—improved firmwide collaboration and data retrieval, and has “exceeded expectations.”
