How IHP's Hospital Project Harnessed AI to Improve Collaboration and Efficiency

Integrated Health Projects (IHP), the joint venture between Sir Robert McAlpine and Vinci, was delivering a new £200m, 24,000 sqm extension at Royal Bournemouth Hospital and needed better ways to manage weekly planning, monitor trades, reduce delay risk, and detect issues earlier.
