Rezare Systems, a New Zealand agritech and software company focused on helping the primary sector become more productive and sustainable, struggled with manual, error-prone deployments—copy/pasting files, resolving dependencies, and a broken Visual Studio "one-click publish." Using BuildMaster, Rezare ran a six-month pilot (2 apps), grew to 5 apps in year one and expanded to 126 application tracks by year three, automating delivery across their portfolio. BuildMaster also enabled NuGet package management—Rezare now builds and deploys 20–25 NuGet packages from their own repository—resulting in fewer failures, greater confidence, more frequent production releases, and positive client feedback, including from overseas customers.
