Digital Stream is a New Zealand web design, development and strategy firm that manages roughly 250 individual client websites as separate applications. Faced with the time-consuming, error-prone process of manually deploying and configuring hundreds of apps, they evaluated automation tools and selected BuildMaster to scale deployments and manage per-application configuration.

Digital Stream installed a temporary evaluation license of BuildMaster (with remote support from Inedo) and were able to self-serve and validate the tool’s capabilities before purchase. BuildMaster’s emphasis on application-level configuration has streamlined and automated deployments, saving hours of resources and reducing deployment frustration; Digital Stream is now planning integrations with BuildMaster extensions like TFS and Azure as they migrate infrastructure to the cloud.
