Using Buildium, the property team needed a faster way to sort urgent maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and keep tenants informed when phone calls weren’t practical.

Buildium’s maintenance tracking, Resident and Owner Portals, and real-time messaging helped Stahl Enterprises prioritize storm-related tickets, alert maintenance staff, and route the most urgent issues first. Stahl Enterprises also used the Resident Center to update tenants as repairs progressed, and the Buildium app enabled instant communication; while no numeric KPI was given, the clear impact was faster issue resolution and better communication during the Blizzard of ’22.
