The Grove is a Class A suburban office park in Charlotte comprising six buildings and 38 diverse tenants. Its management struggled with coordinating separate budgets and CAM calculations, coding invoices across multiple buildings, handling varied lease responsibilities, and keeping tenants connected and informed—limitations compounded by an inadequate legacy property management system.
Implementing Prism by Building Engines centralized workflows and COI tracking, enabled property-specific task management, streamlined work orders, inspections and resource reservations, and added a tenant-facing portal and mobile app for self-service requests and updates. The result: fewer email interruptions, clearer communication and paper trails, reduced compliance error, faster response times, and improved operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
