The platform improved response and completion times, drove strong tenant adoption, and delivered measurable outcomes: 94% tenant satisfaction, 98.6% work-order completion, 97.94% inspection completion, and 94.25% preventive-maintenance completion, while giving the company better transparency and accountability.
